The Board meets at 7:00 pm on the third Wednesday of most months on Zoom. Board meetings are open to the public. The Chair of the Board prepares an agenda, distributed in advance to board members, that typically includes the approval of minutes; regular reports or requests for approval or decision from Board Committees, individual board members, or school administrators; a monthly report from the Principal and Executive Director; and discussion of current key issues.
There is an opportunity for up to five people to have three minute public comment at the beginning of each regularly scheduled meeting. If you would like to make a public comment during the meeting, mail Executive Director, Jane Lindenfelser at JLindenfelser@pppcs.org and Board President, Lazette Wells at email@example.com with subject heading “Public Comment" or sign up in-person at the beginning of the board meeting. If you would prefer to submit a public comment in writing, you can email Board President, Lazette Wells at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject heading “Public Comment.”
