PPPCS Students Johnelle Jones, Taylor Stevens, and Ashley Clarke appeared on Morning Edition's "Coffee With...", discussing their upcoming oratory performance for Black History Month.

On Saturday, February 7,  the girls will be a part of Mayor Sheila Dixon’s “It Takes a Village” 2nd Annual Black History Month Celebration.  The event is free.  It will be held at the War Memorial Building from 2:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event will close with a keynote speech given by famous actor, comedian, and activist, Bill Cosby and a discussion on the theme, “It Takes a Village”.  Please visit the link below for more information.
